Trying to udate to R2 and later to R3. Going through subscription account management. I only get full download for the product and no updates. All the posts I have seen show that threre should be updates tab in product downloads but my page does not look the same.

My "about" help says Inventor SP1. YOu have SP1 installed.. So as mdavis pointed out, are you on an active maintenance or desktop subscription for your product? Are you a student? If that's the case, students are not entitled to it either.

I dont know how to make sure which product subscrition center is considering active. I was able to upgrade to R2 and R3. I put in request in the Autodesk support and got case number. Next morning my Autodesk application manager showed R2 as available update and after installing that showed R3 as well. There is no problem with subscription status. Despite that I will consider this matter solved - thank you everybody for trying to help. PS I clicked "check now" item at the Autodesk Application Manager right click menu - could that be the reason it worked?
