I kept reading through help topics and noticed that when people were offering help centreware internet services windows 10 kept typing "admin" with a lower case "a" but the screen where I initially created the password by default had the user name Admin with a capital "A" as did one of the Xerox instructional pages instructed but I tried the lower case admin and that was stranglely enough the fix, that allowed me to finally login.
