The first step is to find all the stored images on your Windows 10 system. Go ahead and check both the File name extensions and Hidden items boxes. Once you have done this, navigate to the eownload directory below, using your own user account in place of username. You should see a bunch of files in this folder if you have been using Windows Spotlight for some time. Go ahead and click on the Size column freee order the items by file size.
